Position: Office Administrator

Location: Taiwan Office

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Administrator to oversee daily operations and provide essential HR support to facilitate our expanding business in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage a full spectrum of office administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the seamless daily functioning of office operations.
  • Professionally greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support, including office maintenance and logistics.
  • Offer comprehensive HR support, including payroll, benefits management, and recruitment coordination.
  • Support management in organizing company events and activities, and assist with ad hoc clerical tasks related to various projects.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration.
  • Solid experience in HR functions is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office.
